BATOD/BAEA Conference 2025 – tickets sold out

The 2025 91原片 National Conference is in partnership with (BAEA)

Friday 21^st March 2025 (4-7pm)聽

Delegates will have the opportunity to attend a series of hands-on, interactive workshops, led by commercial suppliers and community partners who will be exhibiting at our conference.

The workshops will run for 45 minutes, each hour between 4pm and 7pm. Delegates will be able to pre-select their workshops prior to the event.

A soup and bread supper will be provided.

Saturday 22 March 2025 (all day)

The Saturday will follow a standard 91原片 Conference format with opening and closing keynotes and a selection of workshops/presentations.

Lunch and refreshments聽 will be provided.

Delegates will have the opportunity to visit exhibitors and network with peers in the deaf education community.

Conference languages: English (and live captions) and British Sign Language (please ensure requests made for live captions and BSL are selected in booking form).

Thank you to the Irish Network for Teachers of the Deaf (INTOD) for sponsoring two delegate spaces and providing two Irish Sign Language interpreters.

Theme: Technology in our hands: changing the world with deaf children and young people聽

Technology is central to the lives of deaf children and young people, offering tools for extending participation in education, work and leisure. This conference will allow those working in the field to share information and explore how deaf children鈥檚 future lives can be enhanced and extended by technology in its broadest terms.
